Most of our employees are musicians who play the kinds of instruments that we sell, rent, and repair.
The company's founder worked in a wind instrument factory. With the knowledge gained there, our repair shop remains a priority component of the store.
Our customers in Southern California are beginners, music educators, professional musicians, and everyone in between.

The ABI DifferenceLarge In-Stock Selection - We keep a large inventory of wind instruments, accessories, and print music in stock all the time here in our store. No need to special order the items you need most!
Try Before You Buy - Yes, you can play it! We encourage you to try out instruments, mouthpieces, and more here in our store - we have private try-out rooms, including a Wenger practice room with built in reverb to make you feel like you're playing in a concert hall.
On Site Repairs - We have a top-notch repair shop here in our store with dedicated repair technicians who are experts in their field. This makes us extra-careful about the instruments we sell, since we know we'll hear about it if something goes wrong!

Used Reynolds Mellophonium
.
The Mellophonium was originally designed as a forward-bell alternative to a traditional French Horn. Horns like this can be heard on some of the Stan Kenton recordings from the 1960's. This horn is in very good shape, and plays well right out of the case. A unique valve allows the horn to be played in either Eb or F, covering both middle-horn voices as needed.
