Kirsten is a
graduate of the Eastman School of Music in New York. Both jazz and pop
settings keep Kirsten continually in demand not only in Southern
California but across the U.S. and in South America . She's performed with
artists such as Arturo Sandoval, Tootie Heath, Wycliffe Gordon, Gloria Gaynor,
The Temptations, Anita Ward and Katherine McPhee. Ms.Edkins has studied with
top name musicians such as Bob Sheppard, Walt Weiskopft and Ray Ricker. She
can also be seen on episodes of the Tonight Show, Knight Rider, Glee and
Bones! As an educator, Kirsten has had a private studio for over 12 years
and has taught at several music camps such as the Stanford Jazz
