Dear Diane and David,
It was such a pleasure speaking to you this morning. The Tournament of
Roses can't thank you enough for the help you so unselfishly gave to the
Columbine High School Band when they were here to march in the 2002 Rose Parade.
Each band comes to California on a shoestring and your kindness in repairing
their instruments relieved them or worry, frustration and fiscal problems.

I spent time in your store today and "auditioned" the ABI Tenor sax for a
while in your sound proof room. I must say I was floored by the service
and the depth of knowledge shown by the staff. In my experience, this is a
rare combination of friendliness and professionalism. I guess I am a
little fussy about the sound and feel of an instrument, but I was astounded that
your technician altered the tenor's action to suit my preferences just so I
could see what I thought of the instrument. I did walk out of the building with
my customized tenor under my arm and I just want to tell you that I still have
not stopped smiling......

As the first chair alto saxophone in my High School
District Honor Band, and first chair at my high school's jazz band, I am
overwhelmingly pleased with the products and service your store offers.
Without the aid of Anaheim Band Instruments I would not have had the desire or
the resources to broaden my musical skill. Your customer service is the
best of anywhere I have ever been. I recently got a Selmer Series III for
my birthday. I had never played on an instrument of this quality before,
other than playing on my former teacher's Mark VI for a very brief time.
I have been playing alto saxophone for six years now, and have also played
baritone, tenor and soprano sax. I have repeatedly brought instruments in
to be serviced by your technicians, and every time I was completely satisfied.

Thank you for the outstanding services that I received during the selection of
my Pearl 661 flute. I got a fair and honest appraisal for repairs of my
childhood flute from your technician, Dan. He was an invaluable source of
information about improvements in flute design and the different quality levels.
Associates Carey and Monica were attentive and patient during the process.
All three saw to it that I had the best environment to objectively choose the
best flute for me. I've always heard wonderful praises about ABI, but now

Good news! We hear you were the most popular person on our High
School campus today! Was it because of your awesome personality? Well,
that may be true, but that isn't it! Is it because of your outstanding
smile? Close... but that's still not it! You know it might have even been
because you actually helped make "Mr. Mac" smile...and he doesn't do that very
often. :-)
The truth is that you did an incredibly nice thing and we want to thank
you on behalf of our director, and the Instrumental Program students for
giving so much. Your time, your care and your labor are very much

tenor sax. After playing this horn on many pro gigs, I can honestly tell
you that this is a GREAT horn. The intonation is excellent, the action is
even, and the feel of the horn is very similar to a Mark VI. Thanks again

We talked a few weeks ago on the phone and it was refreshing to find someone who
was knowledgeable about the subject of flutes. I had been looking for a
flute for months, yet none of the music stores in my area would stock anything
with silver, due to the fear of holding the inventory.

polite and generally interested in what the customer wanted; not what there was
